Today, a cancer diagnosis in Begusarai means a 125km journey to Patna — nearly 3 hours each way, repeated for every cycle of chemotherapy or radiotherapy, for a population of almost 3 million people the district itself cannot treat. We’re building a dedicated oncology hospital here, so distance stops deciding who gets treated in time.
